• Acquisition of new customers and development and expansion of long-term customer relationships
• Development of sales strategies
• Organization of sales tours, regular visits to IVF laboratories
• Participation and organization of trade fairs and conferences
• Continuous market and competition analysis and sales planning
• Preparation of quotations, order acceptance and processing
• Planning, controlling and monitoring sales activities
• Sales optimization
• Analysis and evaluation of customer needs
• 50-60% travel activity
WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
• Several years of experience (5+) in sales, in the IVF sector
• Entrepreneurial approach and analytical skills
• High service orientation as well as an independent, structured and committed way of working
• A high level of communication skills in dealing with customers
• Good user knowledge of MS Office programs
• Business fluent in written and spoken English. German is an advantage
